Walker Spring & Brake

I purchased a 2019 ford fiesta that had been in a prior accident before me so I figured I would bring it in for an inspection. They took care of me in 20 minutes and the inspection was only $45. They told me everything was fine fortunately and didn't try to upsell me. Honest folk doing good work. Will be back if I need anything else

This place has just gotten too old. Their customer service is pretty terrible. I took my vehicle for a knocking noise that was in my suspension. They called me and told me they located the noise and we resolve the issue after paying $900. I still have the knocking noise in my suspension and the side of the vehicle that they told me the noise was on they replaced the opposite side. When bringing it to the owners attention, he asked for me to bring the vehicle back in. I had one of the guys to ride with me so he could hear the noise. When the owner called me back, he said that the guy said he did not hear a noise after he rode with me and heard the noise. I asked the owner if he could ride with me so I could let him hear the noise. He told me that that was not his job. I will not ever take m

very good "old style garage", they have done literally thousands of jobs over the years for locals. They are located in what some people might consider a sketchy area. I found the lady in the office to be very friendly and helpful. They are a no nonsense group that will shoot you straight. I've perused the other reviews and have come to the conclusion (in my humble opinion), that some people may have had bad experiences because they should have been treated with kidd gloves. They repaired my brakes by replacing my pads front and back. I had suggested to them that the problem was a brake booster. I was wrong. They didn't take advantage of my misdiagnosed cause and fixed me right up. I recommend them with a 3 for their facility and a 5 for customer service and a 5 for work ethic.
