Donnie and his dad did an excellent job with our Volkswagen front and rear breaks. One of the reason our family keeps going to Walker's Auto Repair shop is their integrity, honest work, and affordability. Donnie even sent me a text to follow up on how our vehicle is doing after I been driving it for several days. Please keep supporting local shop like Walker's; otherwise, we will be stuck with ridiculous Auto Dealer's cost.

I give Walker Auto Repair 5 stars because they have great customer service very informative of what's going on with your vehicle. I ask how long it will take so I would know how long to get my rental. He told me he would work me in and he did just that. It was done in 1 week I was very pleased I highly recommend and appreciate this company

BRING YOUR CAR to this mechanic shop if you don't want to be swindled, tricked, bamboozled, etc. Walker's has great service, great and dependable results, trustworthy, reasonable costs, no gimmicks. I have a 2014 VW Jetta that I had to keep jumping to start it &was told my car needed a new starter, at one auto repair here in Little Rock. They quoted $700 for parts & labor, but I took it to Walker's in Jacksonville for a second opinion. it turned out that all I needed was new battery. Not only did Donnie save my car, but he saved me time and MONEY. He broke it down in layman's terms on what was really going on with my car, boosting my confidence in his advice & work. Absolutely one of the best places you can take your car! Extremely caring and he truly holds his word about you not paying for anything extra unless he talks to you first.
