I had my O2 sensor and oil valve sensor fixed, I was overcharged $1700 for the work and it took more than 5 days to complete. Upon receiving my truck, they forgot to refill my oil and a few days later my engine was knocking. I took truck back as I was advised to do so if there were any problems, only to be told that I may have a bad oil change, and then after initially checking(before trying to charge me $500 to get exact diagnosis), they claimed it wasn't my engine but my transmission flex plate and it's not there fault. My original mechanic evaluated my truck with a transmission specialist and I was advised it is my engine and it's due to Walker's forgetting to reapply oil.

Brought my car in for a brake issue and got quoted $450 the same day, 2 weeks later they try to charge me $600. On top of that they drove my car about 30 to 40 miles for some reason and they emptied the gas tank, only to try to charge me for putting more gas in it. I had a good experience a year ago the first time I went but now it seems they're just gunning for your entire paycheck. Shame too, I liked that place.

Avoid this place at all cost. 2 trucks, tens of thousands of dollars later and still constantly coming back for a "new" repair. Hired an attorney to investigate negligence. Don't be fooled by their cozy front desk service. The guys in the back have not a clue what they are doing. Consider this your warning.

From start to finish, Walkers was the best experience I've ever had at an auto body shop.  I was recommended by a friend who said he wouldn't go anywhere else, and I quickly understood why. Excellent service from mechanics who are transparent and knowledgeable of all aspects of automotive repair. They are also patient and very respectful to their customers and do not talk down to them like other local shops.
