They have a 6.0 cast iron LS truck motor that belongs to me. I'm fairly sure I won't ever be seeing it again because they *never* answer the phone and the shop is always closed whenever I come by to talk to somebody. I have moved out of the city (that's how long they've had my engine, that only needed cam bearings and a quick honing) so whenever I'm in town, I only have limited time to go by there. But I would stay away unless you personally know someone who "works here" because I'm out of an engine dealing with them. Glad it was for a project and not a car I needed to drive, and I'm also glad I didn't pay up front. If they called me back and I received my engine from them, I would pay for the service. They’ll steal from you!!! I dropped a engine block off up there to have it cleaned up so I could make a table out of it. It didn’t require any machine work or anything. I just needed it cleaned up. I was told it would be done the next week and it wasn’t. I waited another week, called, still not done. Waited ANOTHER week, called, they “don’t know where it is.” They tell me that I have to contact the owner when he is in and he will know what’s going on. “When will he be there” I asked “I don’t know, just keep trying.” After calling for about a week at different times I can’t get ahold of him. So at this point it’s been over a month to just have an engine block cleaned up. Years ago I sent a John deer crank up there to be turned and the guy cut it out of round, when questioned and looking over the set up, his jegs dial indicator got stuck up on a high point making him believe he had the crank strait when it wasn’t. Of course sandy was able to weasel his way out of replacing a 4,000 crank. He was a complete crook!
