I went to get a routine oil change at Ford and was greeted by Tyler when I arrived. He noticed a big chip in my windshield and immediately was able to help me get a replacement. I was hesitant already because of a previous windshield replacement making my insurance increase, but he showed me everything and assured me nothing like that would happen. Tyler was super friendly, professional, approachable and very knowledgeable. He spoke to the insurance company, took all the pictures for me, and helped me through the entire process within 20- 30 minutes. He made the process extremely easy, smooth going and stress free. He checked in on me frequently as I was at the dealership and kept me in the loop of what was going on and what I was supposed to do/ look for, along with reminding me the day

Noticed a big crack in my windshield. Called the dealership to get a quote who had these guys call me back! I was unaware that windshield replacements were free through insurance. Tyler was extremely informative and called the insurance company with me to get a claim filed and then walked me through the picture taking process! It took less than an hour to get an appointment for someone to come out and fix the windshield. They came to my house and fixed it right up! I didn’t catch the names of the guys who fixed it but they were extremely fast and efficient. Would absolutely use Wallace Auto Glass again if needed

Tyler was awesome to work with and quickly arranged for my windshield to be replaced. Within 24 hours, technician, Onil Casado, came out to my house to replace my windshield and was finished in less than an hour. Great and stress-free customer service!
