I have been using Wallace Automotive for over 20 years now. Overall, my experience with them has been out of this world. Friendly. Knowledgeable. I appreciate their transparency about what work needs to be done and what work doesn't need to be done. Whenever I have had a problem come up, and it has not happened often, they stand by their work and make sure everything is correct at the end of the day. There's very little I haven't had done with them over the years. Inspections, axles, brakes, starters, more alternators than I can count probably, haha. They have gotten bigger I've noticed and that makes them a little bit busier and some of their flexibility in scheduling and pricing isn't there like it used to be. But I can respect that. That's just part of being good at what you do and grow

My experience was very positive. It is nice to have a local, auto service facility that specializes in the vehicle type brought in for service. The service was performed quickly. It is a pleasure to support a locally owned business, especially one that is operated by fellow VCU Rams!

The snow and ice somehow messed up my wiper blades. I called. They said come anytime! They fixed one blade instead of charging me for a new one. They replaced the rear blade and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. They are always kind, thorough and efficient. I'm terrible about car issues. I have never felt overcharged or taken advantage of. It is so wonderful to go to people I trust!!

Ive always been treated like a king. I have 5 veh. They service and they do an outstanding job. Ive had them servicing my cars for25 years starting with their Research Road shop. Top of the line service all the way.

I was looking for a new mechanic after I got a quote from the dealership that was more than I could afford. Wallace automotive gave me a fair and honest price for my new starter. It was done quickly, very happy with the whole experience!
