Let me preface this by saying that I'm sure there is a disclaimer in fine print for the misleading and unscrupulous advertising of this dealership. Having said that, Do NOT! I repeat DO NOT believe the sales adds regarding the so called lease specials! Yes. You can have that low payment with a 7,000 down payment. Why invest that much on the front end with a lease? UHHH!! Good question because that would be stupid. Apparently they think the consumer is in fact stupid. Unscrupulous business practices my friends.
Called an hour ahead of time to have a part pulled. Wasn’t pulled when I arrived. Paid for parts and have been waiting 25 minutes for them to pull a part that I called for an hour and a half ago.
Called for OEM parts for my Jeep. They worked with me and found the parts I wanted. Can’t ask for more.
I had a great experience with Wallace Jay and the management team are awesome
Good customer service. Got my part the next day after ordering.
