Dropped my car off for repair. They quoted a hood and windshield. 2 weeks into repair we call they say we needed a bracket and we are just waiting on it to come in then it will be ready. A week later I get a call that they actually just got approval for the fix and is now ordering the parts. 2 week later it is done. I go pick it up and the windshield wasn't even replaced. They said 'yeah we replaced it'. So you re-tinted it the exact same and put cracks in it? Next day I get a call. They find the windshield sitting in their shop. The next week take it up there. 3 days later I get it back and it looks terrible. Dirt all over my door jam, door panel, glove box, and seat from someone's feet. Door panel is now scratched. Wallace Collision Center did an amazing job fixing the damage on my front bumper. The car looks brand new again! Everyone was super friendly, the process was smooth, and they finished it faster than I expected. You can tell they take pride in their work. Sometimes the stars align and you get lucky and you find the absolute best, the most reputable company to do work for you. I am so glad I listened to the service advisor at my local Jaguar Land Rover dealership who recommended I go to Wallace Auto Collision to repair my Jaguar I-Pace even through I live in Western North Carolina and their shop is in Tennessee. I am in what is euphemistically called my "golden years" and the I-Pace is not only the last vehicle I will probably ever own, it is also my favorite. they did okay work... it did take three weeks and me calling everyday to get them on the ball. next time i will be going to the dealer instead and will only be out of an hour of my day vs three weeks. always check with the dealer first before going to this place. And after some night driving I've found that the front lights are off now and the right one is not at the same distance as the left one. that's three weeks and they only worked on my car for three days this week. 1-20-26 1-22-26 it was in the shop at 1-7-26
