Well I came to leave a review and see a ton of low ratings and I am definitely not surprised at all. I bought a brand new vehicle from them (2024 Santa Fe) only has 15k miles that me and my family put on. And went in because I needed a service and now they want to tell me I HAVE TO replace all my tires and once I Heard those words I said, I want to talk to a Service manager. The service manager then called me and said “hey what’s up bro”. First of all, I am a pain customer not your bro then he wanted to catch an attitude with me wanted to catch an attitude over the phone for asking a few questions. Now I sit here thinking why did I buy this brand and why did I go with this Hyundai.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don't even know where to start between the incompetent service advisors the fact that I've been there twice in one month No three times in one month for issues they caused and now have to go back a fourth time because they overlooked a dead battery / bad battery going wrong. They clearly do not care about their customers.

Hard to schedule an appointment, usually to get an oil change it's a month out. Last appointment had been scheduled over a month in advance for oil change and to check my AC. Scheduler stated it could be done in a day. When I brought the vehicle in I was told it would be ready in 6 hours. I accepted the free shuttle service and was advised I'd need to call for return shuttle by 3 pm. I texted (Tristan) at approximately 2 pm to check the status as I needed to call the shuttle service. When I had not received a reply by 2:30 pm, I called and left a message, stating I needed to know before 3 pm that my vehicle would be ready. Tristan finally called me back after 3 pm to say they were busy and my car would not be done that day. His comment was I wasn't the only customer they had! I asked what

I have no idea how they are surviving. My Sonata was burning oil. Brought it in. Was told they would check if there were any oil leaks, even though it’s obvious the engine burns oil since smoke comes out of the exhaust. After 4 days of having my car I called for an update. Message left but no return call. Same result days 6,8,10,12. THEY NEVER CALLED ME! My wife thought maybe the car was stolen so went drove there on day 14. They never touched the car since it was sitting in the lot. Nothing was going on in their shop. I happened to see a suit so I asked him if he was the manager. He was, and took care of me by telling me they’ll change my oil and that I need to come back in 1000 miles to check the oil level. Meanwhile they overfilled the oil by 1/2 quart.
