While still on the road, we made arrangements a couple of hours in advance, and yet we've been waiting for the oil change for three hours now. Now I'll be late for the loading tomorrow. P. S. This is simply ridiculous. Don't come here. It's been four hours since they started changing the oil. I still have a long drive ahead of me and I'm going to be late... Open till midnight. The counter guys know their stuff. I needed a parking brake assembly. Chris was able to identify the part by the photos.

My experience was with the parts department! I called in some shocks for pickup. The wait time was a little long to get a hold of someone but their hours made up for it! They are open until 1am!!! Great bonus for truckers! I picked up my shocks but they were the wrong ones. I was able to return them for a full refund. Pleasant staff and decent parts prices! I will return if I’m in the area!

The service writers are great. Service was quick. Came in with Engine light on, they got me in and out within two hours. Codes were inactive for over 25 engine hours so just deleted them, test drive truck, no active codes. I highly recommend this shop.
