Walmart Auto Care Center

I had a blowout and a damaged rim on I-35 during the Labor Day weekend. This was the only place that was open. I got my car towed there to mount my spare tire. The tire didn’t fit, but the people at Walmart Auto Care stepped in and were determined to get me out and wanted to mount a new tire which I didn’t think was possible due to the damage. They were extremely professional, and their Team lead Lee, was phenomenal. He worked on it himself as it was a tricky job, and made sure I was well taken care of. Donna was awesome too in helping us get checked in. They honestly salvaged my long weekend

Brought in a car due to a flat tire. Waited over an hour. Then when they did change the tire they didn't put the hubcap back on and did not secure the spare in the trunk, even after being asked. Guess you get what you pay for- and in this case it's substandard service.

Mr. Lee helped me out with my tire and used the heavy duty jack,,saved the day. Thanks again Lee

Two people ahead of me. Stopped only for an oil change. Still waiting after 1 1/2 hours while the waiting area smells terrible. Several employees keep looking around for where the rotten smell is coming from.

Tires, oil changes and batteries for all of our vehicles. We have been very pleased. We have 1 foreign made car with not so typical oil or battery but Wal-Mart had what we needed and took care if it. Best prices. Very happy!!!
