I had all four of my tires replaced, long over due, had nails in two of the tires. James who worked the register was very patient with me. Even when they're busy they gave me constant updates and got me taken care of quickly. I have an older model and they handled everything great. I talked with the mechanic who worked on my car if they had any trouble and they reassured me everything was good. For a full set of new tires and the installation fee, pricing was fantastic all things considered. Especially compared to other repair shops who will up-sale or take advantage of your situation. Very friendly and patient. Will absolutely be coming here again for their services.

I had a flat called they told me only had one tire to fit my car so I got there with donut on car wanted it changed bought the one over 200 they told me because my car all wheel drive had to buy 4 for them to put on they didn’t have 4 only 1 and 2 on front was new but I don’t understand because I paid for the tire they didn’t have more so now I am going to have to take tire somewhere else it’s crazy considering weather and they didn’t have any more to sell me that would fit I will never buy tires from there I don’t really understand how they can do this worst experience

This review is for Jay. Provides excellent service, literally goes out of his way to do everything he can to help you.. I normally have my oil changes. Entire service done here and the rest of the crew is just average. Would not leave five stars for them as a whole, maybe four stars. I wish I could request Jay to do my service each time. Give this boy a raise!

wouldn’t trust these guys to put air in my tires. MANAGER told me “we’re not mechanics” that’s obvious. don’t let these ppl play under your hood, they don’t have a clue.

Honestly I love coming here more than my dealership! I have always gone to dealership, but now that I have started coming here, there’s no going back for typical maintenance. Bradley, the manager, is so kind and helpful. They are extremely busy, but he does his best to juggle answering calls and assisting customers. I came in to see about getting my under plate fixed, but I unfortunately have to get the entire thing replaced (I figured). They got it back to take a look swiftly and let me know the assessment. Thanks Bradley and team!
