Walmart Auto Care Center

My tire blew out during a road trip on a Sunday morning. I had a 5 hour drive ahead of me. Everywhere was closed except here. James helped me out and got me in and out in under 30 minutes and literally saved the day for us. So grateful for how quickly they squeezed me in, and it was a wonderful experience overall. Thank you James B, Aaron T, and Robert C!

Staff was very rude and somehow managed to confuse 2 different cars with different tire sizes and wrote up a tire rotation from one with over 100,000 miles under the other car with only 80,000 miles on it. So now I have to hope that Walmart doesn’t report to Carfax, because if they do it will look like I rolled back the odometer the next time I take my car anywhere for service. This will be a massive problem if I ever try to sell it. Thanks a lot, Walmart. At least the tire service was ok, but the way they treat their customers is unacceptable.

Needed a tire on our SUV checked out due to a leak. Able to make appointment for the next day. They were able to fix the tire for us, within 30 minutes of arrival. Courteous staff, clean shop, and good price. Happy we used them for our tire service!

My oil change was done within 30 minutes, no one tried to pressure me into purchasing more than what I came for, and the employees were nice and very knowledgeable. I was also able to grab some groceries while I waited. 10/10 will be coming back.

Went in a few years back bought 5 tires for an astro van I have...no problems...but this year I bought 4 tires for my dodge caravan and not even 4 months having them my back tire went flat...front tire it sperated causing it to go flat...I ended up paying for a new tire...then the back 1 that went flat the other 2 times went flat again...even a can of fix a flat would not even work...they told me to bring it in...how could i...I was stuck 3 hours along side the road...besides that...I would have to buy a new tire anyways...I even had the protection coverage on the tires...why even give coverage on tires if you are going to make them pay for another 1 if they can't fix the tires...I'm done with their so called coverage...I will pay extra for tires from now on...and even higher price for oil
