Listen,, The ladies here are the very unfriendly to say the least,, I'll tell ya,,, this is the worse place for auto care, customer service or any thing helpful!! They had one mechanic a while ago that was gr8,, but haven't seen him,, or costumer service there since 💯 Stay Away!! You've been warned!! ⚠️

I absolutely hate having to wait at Walmart. I went one evening and they said that they did not have enough staff to come back the next day which I did I waited 2 hours while they checked my tire. There was a bubble on the outside wall and the tire was going flat. I had to ask the personnel what they found out with my tire after waiting that long. The young man who actually worked on my tire brought my keys and sheet back into the area behind the cash register and only told me that the paperwork was in the process of being finished as he walked back into the working area. The man who checked me out at the register that night was not going to say anything either. I asked him what was found. He scanned over the paperwork and said "apparently they didn't see anything wrong." I was glad that

Waited 2.5 hours for a single flat repair. Says there’s 2 cars in front of me. Doesn’t take that long. One worker standing at counter playing on phone could be helping make things go faster.

I ordered tires and had them installed. Then I realized they weren't the right tires when they were put on the rims. The auto service manager (coach) refused to take them off. They called them used and they cant take back used tire. Luckily walmart service online paid for everything including FedEx shipping for the return. Reading tire labels is hard.

DO NOT GO HERE! Don’t waste your time or money going here, go to the Atchison Express Lube instead! I wish there was a 0 star option because the service was horrible. I came in for a simple oil change, and it took 2 hours. After the oil change, they informed me that my car wouldn’t turn on because it was a bad battery…I’ve had the same battery for 2 years and have never had a problem with the battery. They charged me for the most expensive oil change along with charging me over $100 for a new battery. The battery in my car already had a warranty on it from AAA, but the employees wouldn’t let me call AAA because my car was already in their garage. When I went to check out they they almost charged me twice for the battery replacement, so we had to start the whole process over again. I will n
