Walmart Auto Care Center

The service here is poor.. The lady at the counter was very rude to me and basically called me stupid because I didn't have my key to give her. I had my dogs and spouse in the car so I left the key in the car as I went in to check in to see if they had time to for an oil change.. I stood at the counter for almost 10 min and rang the bell 3 times before someone even came to help.. I will not return here for an oil change again.

I drove around Athens looking for service on 39" tires. No tire company would provide service on that size of tire. Then I went to Walmart Auto Care & Tire Service. They took care of me, and at a very low fee. I have recommended their service ever since my experience.

THIS IS HOW MY SKID PLATE WAS LEFT AFTER THEY DID AN OIL CHANGE ON MY HONDA CRV. HORRIBLE! NOT ONLY IS IT HANGING HALF OFF IT HAS THE WRONG SCREWS IN IT AND THEY ARE JUST FALLING OUT.

Had 2 new tires put on car and it was all done within an hour! Awesome

Worst tire shop ever! Claimed they could not remove my lug studs on tires because they thought they were seized even though they have air tools and a pb blaster but refused to even attempt to do it. waste of money and time. the manger was extremely rude and should be fired for her lack of customer service skills. Oh yeah, and she called my lug studs “whatever you call them” when trying to tell me about the fake issue
