Walmart Auto Care Center

My recent experience with Walmart's auto services highlights a significant disconnect in their operations. While the people working there are generally good, the overall management system is set up to create frustration and waste time. A major pain point is their lack of accountability for online orders; if anything goes wrong, you're frequently told, "Walmart.com is a different company." Adding to the inconvenience, they often cancel scheduled appointments without any explanation. I've personally had enough issues in the last month to fill a book. If you value your time and have limited patience, the slight cost savings might not be worth the hassle.

Had new tires installed, but had slight problem with bank payment and bank was closed. but it was solved used my backup Walmart card

the dang auto department is a joke. the last three times ive tried to have them do something they refused. today they wouldnt even put a tire on a rim for me for a farm trailor that never sees the highwway because the tread was to worn. like its a trailor what does it matter. i feel they need to have a wavior form to sign for instances like this or something

Took my car into Walmart for a tire repair because they were the only place open on Labor Day. Was told that the wait would be an hour to hours and decided to wait it out. About an hour later, one of the staff comes in from the garage, doesn’t acknowledge anyone in the waiting room and states that “the Subaru can’t be fixed”. Instead of asking for the owner of the car she then proceeds to form a quote. Only after getting all her numbers does she proceed to call the phone number. It rings to my phone so I stand up and she states “oh it’s yours”. I asked her what was up and she said the tire was not repairable and that I would need to replace all 4 (they were all replaced less than a year ago and have a warranty from Subaru) so I decline. When you get new tires and an oil change, if you like having the wrong size tires put on, your door handles broken, and a technician lying to you, then this is the place for you. Came in to get four new tires and decided to throw in an oil change cause it was in there anyway. I knew it was gonna be a while so I hunkered down and waited for it to be done. Front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. Then the craziest thing happened. When it was done, I went out to look at it, and magically the my tires had changed sizes and my inside door handle was broken! I went back in to talk to the technician and he looked me dead in the eyes and said: “those were the size on your truck and your door handle was already broken. We can check the cameras.” So I said “go right ahead buddy pull the tapes
