Walmart Auto Care Center

This place is fantastic! I had gone to Costco and paid a lot more for a tire. They did not follow my instructions for keeping the old tire either. Earl help me out here and he was so great! He explained everything and found me a super deal on a new tire because I had to get a new one to replace the one Costco was supposed to put in my trunk! Thanks Earl!

*****buyer beware****Maburn and were less than helpful and very deceptive and according to their signage they are false advertising to say the least. They show a price of 46.98 for “synthetic high mileage oil” and do not provide this. It is standard oil to say the least. Now I pick out the oil was quoted 46.98 only to be told it is not that price when it was time to pay and an additional amount on top of that price point . Lot of dissatisfaction and unfortunately it appears by the reviews service is not a strong point and I see why.

After an hour of removing the wheels and tires they decided to not install them because the truck had spacers. On top of that while removing one of the wheels they crushed the wheel center hub cap. Now I have to find another place and follow up with making a claim. I would give them negatives starts if possible.

Their prices can't be beat but the cleanliness of the waiting area is horrible. It's looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Someone should really clean this up soon. Maybe take a little more pride in their department.

I've been buying tires from Walmart for many years now and I've never had any problems. I recently have purchased 4 bfg ko2 tires from Walmart .com to be installed at the store, which took almost 3 hrs to install. A week later, less than 100 miles, I've noticed that one of the tires had some cracks along the outside wall. I wasn't sure was it a manufacturing defect or Walmart's poor installation practice, so I took the truck back to Walmart. I talked to the Auto care manager Steve. Steve's lack of expertise and knowledge concluded that that the cracks are only cosmetic and he can't honor return or warranty. I've paid for warranty service in addition to the installation. After many attempts to reason with them and multiple conversations I've had, I've decide to contact BFG directly. W
