Walmart Auto Care Center

I wish i could give 0 stars just for starters. Came here on Friday the 8th for a noon appointment and first red flag -I Was Not In The System For An Appointment. That day took 2 hours just to have new tires put on my rims (which ive had done here in the past with no issue). Upon leaving after 2 hours my tire light came on so i went to wa wa to get air. The next time i drove (same day) i noticed my light on again so i got more air. Well fast forward to today 8/13 my light repeately comes on 1 hour after putting air in. Come to find out just by LOOKING at my tires they ARE NOT SEALED !!!!! Been here since 9:20am it is now 12:01 going on 3 hours. Cheaper (why i came here) is NOT ALWAYS BETTER. Dont waste your time / gas / money and energy here!!! Go pay the extra $30 someplace else!!!! If not

So far all is good with the 4 Goodyear tires I got replaced on my Altima. I ordered them online and they arrived sooner. We went in to double check and they would have installed them if we had the time. Thank you Marcus. We came back te next day around 3:45pm. At first they weren't sure they could do all 4 at once ,but lucky me they were able to! I know they are busy bc there's always cars in the bays and waiting to go in.

Had and oil change on sunday the 26 bridgeton nj walmart bad experience walmart teck forgot to put my oil cap back so i ran my car about 100 miles oil every where i call walmart to speak with a manager they said he was not available so i left my number never got a call back i had to call back people next time you go for an oil change at walmart please double check !!

This is the worst service and experience. Stay away from this place. Bridgeton Walmart tire center. One tire sitting there for 2.5 hours! Then they were taking new appointments before my one tire. Came in at 9am 🕘 still waiting…

I have been transferred to and from front desk EVEN THOUGH I CALLED auto Ctr themselves and it’s like mannnnnn…. Why can’t no one pick up from auto? After I called 6x and got transferred back to the young lady SEVERAL times she stated she would do a ANNOUNCEMENT for them to pick up… I was simply just calling to see if I can make an appointment/walk in for an oil change and after I finally got thru to BRIAN from Auto after being ABRUPTLY hung up by some female (not the one from front desk) Brian finally told me there was no spots available until my scheduled one until Tuesday so I appreciate Brian for telling me that I appreciate the girl who constantly transferred me back-and-forth to Auto and whoever hung up on me. I believe she was Caucasian. She definitely did sound Caucasian.
