Walmart Auto Care Center

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This was the WORST experience I've ever had at any place I've ever had a car serviced. And i buy, sell and trade cars as a side business. So I've seen a lot of service places. I went in because they said there was no wait and it was in the afternoon when all the other shops were too busy or closing. And i got a flat the day before and I was driving on a donut spare tire. It took them 3 HOURS TO CHANGE 3 TIRES WITH NO WAIT!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN CHANGE THE 4TH TIRE! So now I have to go back to another place of course to have the last tire put on. So basically the 3 hours were pretty much a waste of time. They said 1 of the lug nuts was seized. How can a place that changes tires not get a lug nut off. I got it off in less that 10 seconds myself. I had my 6 yea

Had a nail in my tire and just needed it plugged. The guy at Walmart looked at it and said he couldn't fix it and I would need 4 new tires. He never even looked at the other tires and wasn't going to offer any explanation on why he couldn't fix the tire. I took it to a tire store who explained they couldn't fix it due to the nail being too close to the edge and the tire being too worn. However, after inspecting the other 3 tires, they said I could definitely get by wuth just replacing the one tire. One of my tires was basically brand new and the other 2 still have some life left in them. They put the 2 newer tires on the back and sent me on my way. I will never trust Walmart with my business regarding my car ever again. I think the guy thought I would just say ok and buy 4 new tires.

Absolutely never buy tires from Walmart!!! They tell you all about road side warranty ITS ALL BULL!!!!! I bought tires bought the warranty needed to use it only to find out it’s nothing like they said. I had less than 30,000 miles on tires was informed I would get a $20.00 discount off new tire. The worker was extremely rude the tire center manager never came out to speak to me. Needless to say I got air out in tire and went to a real tire shop!!!! Lesson learned never buy tires from Walmart!! Save money go to a true tire store!!

Waited in line for 30 minutes and nobody came and talked to me so I left and went to valvoline instead screw Walmart
