Walmart Auto Care Center

I went and had my front 2 tires put on this morning. My appointment was at 9:00 am i arrived at 8:45 am. They told me they had cancelled my appointment on accident and so i would have to repay for the installation fee. I was told it would take 45 minutes-1 hour to install 2 Tires. I came back after 45 minutes and sat in their waiting area. Another 30 minutes went by and I asked someone how long it would be. The person informed me that they “had a new guy learning how to install tires onto my car.” I proceeded to sit there for another 25 minutes. It took them 1 hour and 40 minutes to put 2 tires on my car. Got 4 new tires installed yesterday and was not a great experience. People had called in sick and they were 2 hours behind. Our appointment was for 11 am and we got out of there well after 2pm. The 4 stars however are for one the team members working there which was Dante. He was checking people in and out while assisting customers coming in from the store pretty much with no help from anyone and he handled everything and everyone calmly and politely. No manager that we could see and if there was, he or she certainly weren't helping that's for sure. Anyway, Dante did great and definitely deserves some recognition and a raise!

Great experience at Walmart Auto Center. I came in without an appointment and got my vehicle serviced while doing my shopping. The price for my full synthetic was half of what I was paying at Valvoline. The mechanics were great and very kind and the text updates to my phone as my vehicle was being serviced was a great convenience.

I waited 2 and a half hours for 4 new tires to be mounted. When they finally finished I asked about tpms light, they said to drive and it will recalibrate and turn off in 20 miles. I did drove a lot but light was still there... I went back to the shop and it turns out my tpms sensor battery was bad so I needed to leave the car again for them to put new sensor /they didn't check it when mounted the tires/... anyway they took care of that. The car was shaking a bit so I went to TGK for tire alignment and they guys checked just the front left tire which was 4 oz off balance .. Now I need to go back there and I'm really tired of their incompetence. Please don't waste your time there!

Today, we had a broken valve stems on one of our machines which left the machine broke down in a customer’s property. We took the tire off and brought into the tire center where Lucas, the Service Manager greeted us and said he could take care of it and he could probably fix it before the next appointment came in. He did just that!! In less than five minutes, he repaired the valve stem and aired it up to the proper psi!! Great job Lucas and thank you for the amazing customer service! We are back to work thanks to you!
