Walmart Auto Care Center

Absolutely horrible experience with this Walmart. Next time if ever I will find a different tire center to go to. Very horrible customer service. There was only one vehicle in the shop and 3 people working. And I had to wait 3-4 hours for them to get my vehicle done. So everyone could sit around and do nothing while people waste there day waiting for nothing.

Asked for standard wiper blades to be installed for $7.97 each with an oil change. When I went to pay. The bill was super high. The guy installed the most expensive wiper blades. And when I complained was told that they could try and fit me in to remove them but I would have a charge. Worst dang service. Rude people and the quote they give you is always way way off.

I am going to go ahead and give them a bad review. Not even two weeks ago I got new tires put on and one just fell off of my vehicle . Thank god my kids and I are safe.

It took 3 men 2 hours to put on 2 new tires and rotate them. Also, every employee including 1 manager (Indian lady) were very rude to me. I do a lot of business with you and I think I'm changing now due to the rudeness. Unacceptable

Vehicle was brought in for rotate/balance and decided to do oil change while I was there. They stripped the oil drain plug when putting it back in and damaged the pan. They are claiming it was done prior to service and adamantly denying responsibility. We will see how this plays out but I wouldn't bring a vehicle in here even if the oil change was free. Stay away from here. Edit: Walmart ended up paying us to have our vehicle repaired. They don't deserve a better rating because the management in the auto center is terrible, but in full transparency, they did end up paying for their mistake.
