Walmart Auto Care Center

Did what I asked in the amount of time they promised on Saturday. Just an oil change. I didn't go anywhere on Sunday. Today, however, I noticed the panel on the bottom of my car wasn't properly secured, and I wasn't happy with that. I don't know if I have the right fastener to reattach it. Updating my review and dropping this down to two stars. Absolutely none of the fasteners holding the bottom panels remain in place. I initially thought one or two were missing, but they are all gone.

If you want to waste time and put your life at risk, go ahead and use this Auto Care Center… The definition of madness is doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome - this place is mad! I previously had some tires fitted at this store, it took nearly all day. When I finally got the car back, at 30mph it shook very violently, so I took it back where they found the tires had not been seated correctly; I was lucky to not have a blow out. This week I made an attempt to get an oil change and tire rotation and balance (if only they balanced them properly in the first place…) which resulted in me making an appointment on a different day as they were backed up 3-4 hours. Came back for the 09:30 appointment, already hours behind (how is that even possible when they open at 07:00?) aft

Very incompetent workers. Dropped off my van for a tire patch at 7am exactly, was told would be over an hour. Came back at 11am and still not touched, sitting in same spot. They did very oil change and other tire requests as I watched in disbelief. They told me it was busy that day and they will get to it. I left as they had four hours to atleast look at it and didn’t bother. They’re truly clueless and you’ll have better luck at any other auto shop!

I went for an oil change and coincidentally, my car died after trying to drive off. I notified the staff and Alex went to look at it, jump started the car and swapped the battery in 10 mins. It was a good thing it died at the center as I was well taken care of. Terrific service. Thank you so much again!

Been waiting over 4 hours for an oil change and one tire install. Was told that I was 1st in line for the oil, 2nd up for the tire. After 3 hours I was told that I was behind multiple people for the tire. No ETA.
