Walmart Auto Care Center

Mr. Richie, the clerk at the auto center, is truly exceptional and embodies outstanding customer service. He even suggested that I get a Walmart+ membership to save on gas and take advantage of flat tire repairs. Mr. Richie is amazing! As a nursing student living an hour and a half away from my local college, I experienced some vibrations while driving that made me nervous. I decided to stop at an auto center because I was unsure what was wrong. The staff's expertise and professionalism were impressive; they quickly identified a defect in my tires that I wouldn't have been able to notice. I went to get my oil changed today and it was a very positive experience. I had very friendly, good customer service and I will be going here from now on for my oil changes

Worst customer service ever. Went is at 5:30 to get a tire and oil change. The guy working to counter said they closed in 15 minutes. Pointed out the sign says 7. He said he had 3 cars ahead and would not be accepting anything else. He then loudly yelled next with no one else in line. Went across the street to mavis that closed at 6. They still changed the tire and was awesome. Save yourself the hassle just go to mavis.

I simply left. About 2 years ago, the service center was pretty decent. If I had to choose any nearby location this was it. Now the service is just plain awful. Went for an oil change about 3 months ago, and it took well over 3hours. Shrugged it off, coughing it up to a one time experience. Decided to try it again, but very skeptical this time around. Drove my car up, 3 workers(one being the automotive department manager) standing outside. No one comes up to take my service order. Wait a few minutes(10-15), and still no one comes up. Get out, go in after a few minutes, finally someone comes over to place my service order. I go in the waiting room and watch to see what they're doing. Two service members leave the Automotive shop, and the department manager leaves as well. Cashier walks up,

This is the slowest place I have ever had to deal with in my life. Had a tire emergency and the people told us 1 1/2 to change the tire. We were 3 hours from home and had our 2 dogs with us and they still sat around talking and playing on their cell phones for 30 minutes before even moving the car from the entrance.
