Walmart Auto Care Center

If I could give them a zero, I would. First, I made an appointment and waited over an hour for my car to be serviced because two of the service guys were putting tires on their own car. Second, they couldn’t find my tires although I had prepaid both the tires and services. Last but not least, after the tires were finally put on my car, I got on the highway and my car was wobbling to the point of me having to take the car back. Once I returned, which was less than 5 mins later, I was told I would have to return the car in morning because they were closing. Clearly, they failed to properly put the tires on the rim properly.

I have received previous oil changes without incidents. However, on 4/26/2025 I was at the Cherry Hill NJ Walmart Car care center for an oil change for my Rogue. The oil cap was not put back on. Lost 90 % of the oil driving back home. The oil is all inside the engine compartment. I will have to have that cleaned. I had to put replace the oil that was spewed. I have yet to hear from Walmart about my complaint.

Very unhappy. I purchased tires here, which was difficult. I also purchased the tire coverage for flat tire repairs. I got a flat tire I needed repaired (was a slow leak due to the valve stem). I called to enquire how to get the tire repaired. They told me to come in the next morning. I showed up the next morning (after filling the tire at home with a compressor) and was told they weren't accepting walk-ins because only one of their three lifts were working. So, I cannot receive a service I paid for? I had to go someplace else for the repair and pay over $50 for the repair. I'll buy tires and the repair service somewhere else next time. Very unhappy.

You get what ya pay for... bought tires from Walmart, and yes they were cheap, I mean the price is right. Had them installed, and I don't think anybody does it for less. That said the car didn't go into the garage until at least an hour after the appt time, and the whole process took about three hours. The whole setup seemed a bit sketch. If goþen tires from Sam's Club and its a completely different experience, and one I would recommend (yes, even for myself). It's just hard to part with the extra $$$ for the service.

This was an absolutely horrible experience at Walmart Auto Care Center. After waiting for over two and a half hours, I was told that they had basically forgotten about my car. Even worse, after the oil was already drained from my vehicle, they told me that the oil I originally requested was “not available” and tried to push a lower-quality oil on me that I did not want and do not trust. This is completely unacceptable. Because of their delays and poor organization, I missed my Amazon delivery shift, my delivery was canceled, and I lost income. I wasted hours of my time, lost money, and was put in a stressful situation with my car already taken apart. This is not just bad service — it is irresponsible and unprofessional. If you do not have the correct oil in stock, you should NOT start t
