Walmart Auto Care Center

I went to get my tires swapped for new ones that got shipped to store. They assisted me in the size and upon arrival, they were smaller than I needed. Cancelled my appointment, took all 4 tires off without checking if size was correct, and then waited two hours when they had the size in stock. Tires are making a loud weird noises and vibrating when driving. Don’t recommend.

Tighted my wheels on my car with impact 1/2 and a impact socket deep 19mm for over 30 seconds per lug nut.i checked when they were done over 150 foot pounds. That's as high a my half inch torque wrench goes .had to loosen and reset to 100ft pounds .ALSO I DID TELL TECH 100 FT LBS.Dangerous tight lug nuts.

They didn't tell me my car was ready until I brought it up because it wasn't in the bays being worked on. They can't even keep track of basic paperwork. Complete waste of time

Went here for an oil change. The wait wasn't that bad, about 25 mins before my car was in the bay and about 20 mins for the actual oil change. All the mechanics were polite and knowledgeable but....whoever put in the new oil didn't tighten the oil cap completely. So when I left for a 400 mile road trip and stopped for gas, there was smoke accompanied by oil all over the motor and the exhaust manifold :/

Was the worse experience ever! There was only 2 cars in line for and oil change and I waited for 1 /2 hr for an attendant to come and at least take my information so I could get out of the hot car and go shopping while I waited for my car to be ready. But nobody even acknowledge me I even honked my horn to get their attention they looked at me and looked away Waited 10 more minutes I finally left the line and went inside the store to find my daughter that was waiting for me with Mobil cart. I spoke to a customer service associate she got a hold of whoever was the lead at automotive and she said he would call over the intercom when he returned to the store supposedly he was on he way back to the store from lunch. Well 2 hours later I never rec'd a call so I paid my bill of $128 and left. I
