Walmart Auto Care Center

Had an appointment at 2. Came in, talked to the guy at the desk, told him exactly where the key was for my lugnuts. An hour and a half later I come back to the desk to find out they had canceled my appointment after putting the car in the shop because they couldn’t find the key for my lugnuts. The tire was already off the car and they could have still put the tire on the rim and I could have mounted it myself. After explaining where the key was again, the employee stated that they could not replace my tire that day now because they had their evening appointments to get to, after I had already been there and they cancelled it themselves. Highly disappointed.

This store is ABYSMAL. Customer service is GARBAGE. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. It is BAFFLING to me how that store manager Mel is still allowed to run it! It's unbelievable. They cancelled my appointment with no notice. Also, you have mold on your meat and yogurt walls.

Well I usually don't have to many complaints about the Walmart service center but today I do it took them just about two hours to do an oil change and tire rotation and that was from the start time that I was texted that they started on my vehicle before that I had already waited for about 40 min which I expected because that was around the wait time they said it would take to get to my vehicle and from the time I spent I service watching them work on my truck I can say they have no sense of expedite work so what ever I was very disappointed. From reading the other reviews this place performance dropped 2 years ago and never recovered. Update last week I got a tire balance done at the service center and it was done within a reasonable time of 30 minutes. I just think atm it depends on wh

Terrible. The employees are incredibly rude and have a hard time understanding basic concepts. I had two different types of rims on my truck and two rims in the bed matching the two on the front I wanted all four of the matching rims mounted and balanced. I had to reiterate that at least 3 times between there smug attitudes.

David at the tire center was super cool explained what was going on with my tire and fixed it up for me with ease. Hard working and honest!
