If I could give a zero I would. From when we got out of the truck in the cold and Amanda made us stay outside to get checked in. Absolutely no customer service skills. Amanda didn't care if we were cold, we just wanted to just walk into the customer service area to a warmer area. No. She made us stand outside and didn't have the decency to let us wait inside. We had an appointment for 430, and at 530 the gentleman, who I didnt get his name, but let us know an hour after waiting an hour, that they couldn't get the skid plate off and couldn't do the oil change. That's absolutely ridiculous and Valvoline had and has no issues. I dont think they wanted to service the vehicle and gave a bogus excuse. I’m so frustrated. I booked the oil change appointment for 8:30 in the morning. I get here thinking I can get my tires rotated as well and he tells me tire rotations are walk-in only there’s no appointment making for that so I’d have to wait until the end of the day to get that done. Then to top They don’t even have any oil or oil filter filters so my appointment was ultimately canceled. I then asked well. Can you at least rotate my tires then since there’s this huge time gap and he said no. I’ll never take my car here again. I would rate this Auto center zero stars if I could

At first I thought I received good service for a better price than other places doing oil change. It turns not true at all. I had a mechanic that checked my levels and they were way low after getting an oil change only about a week ago. This isn't the case when I get an oil change at like a take 5 in Nashville BUT it is here! Beware and make sure to check your levels yourself after they do the change yourself so God forbid it doesn't cost you an engine!

Had a nail in my tire. It was patchable by the location. Came in when no one else was there to get it fixed. Came out with curb rash all over my front wheel (that wasn’t the tire that needed patched) and my tpms sensor needs replaced because they damaged it putting the tire back on. I don’t know if it’s lack of training or what, but I will never use this service again. They’re prices are cheap for a reason. Take before and after pictures of your car, because they won’t take claim to damage. ***Update It’s been over a week. I have still to receive a phone call, email, or anything to help rectify any of the damage.

They were very professional did a great job putting my new tires on and my great prices also fix my headlights and take too long to do I was very satisfied with my service
