Ordered tires and service from Walmart website, when I arrived ontime for my appointment the tires were there but the cashier, Anita, said they don't service tires that size. (After I paid for the service) I asked why they would sell me a service they do not provide? She, Anita, gave a BS excuse as I have had tires the same size installed at the same location before. I talked with the Manager and he explained they did have a policy change on installation of oversized tires that made sense. But, he was as confused as I am about why they would sell the service online if it was walmart policy not to do the work. On top of that they would not refund the charges for the service that I had already paid for. I asked the cashier, Anita, for my tires so I could take them to be installed somewher

I recently purchased a tire at Walmart and had it installed with the lifetime Walmart+, installation / maintenance package, which includes balancing, rotation, and a road hazard warranty. While I was pleased with the friendly and helpful service from the associate at the desk, I noticed that the initial invoice did not include a rotation. I made myself very clear several times that I wanted my vehicle's tires rotated. I was on my way to another store to have my 50 mile retorque performed when, much to my surprise, I noticed the paperwork indicated that I had allegedly "declined rotation"! I am concerned that this may have been an oversight, again, because I clearly expressed my desire for the full service included in the package. I would appreciate it if Walmart could investigate this matt

Good place for regular folks to buy car batteries and tires. Fair prices on those items and quality for what you pay is good. I can't answer about other services like oil changes cause I do that myself. I do recommend walmart for purchasing oils,fluids and filters. They beat others prices on those.

TLE opens at 7am. I was there at 6:50. The mechanics stood around talking for about 30 minutes. There was 1 guy ahead of me and 3 mechanics were doing an oil change and putting on two new tires. It took 3 mechanics to work on that guy truck. That’s ridiculous when other customers are waiting for an oil change that takes about 20 minutes at the most. It was almost 1hour and 45 minutes when I decided to leave with no service done. Mechanics came from the backs to go buy snacks while I was waiting. Those mechanics who worked there previously got you in and out.

Worst customer service experience ever!! Will not bring any of my cars here. Ordered tires for my 2014 Nissan quest van via online Walmart and had them shipped to this tire center. Have had the appt since ordering over a week ago. Spoke with service tech several times to confirm and even check in this morning at 7am. At 8am I get a call saying their lift can't accommodate my vehicle so I'll have to take it somewhere else. Without even offering to help me find a store with a lift that can accommodate the vehicle or help in any way.. they loaded our tires in the van and left us to spend the morning figuring out where to get them mounted!! No manager on duty until 10am and that was it. The desk clerk and tech were extremely rude and we will not ever use walmart again for auto service.
