I agree with Joe, I took my kia mini van to have the tires changed. A stud broke on one of the wheels they were removing. They informed me, and I said ok, then replace the stud, they said they don't change studs? I asked him why a tire store doesn't change studs, isn't that part of your business? They said no, but you can go across the street to have it fixed . What!!!!!!! I Haven't been back in 10 years....and counting. My recommendation is if you need tires, go to a real professional outfit, oil change, go to a professional outfit. Cheap imports, we'll go to Wally world.

They left my wife and daughter waiting for 2 hrs, before they even started, just to tell them they weren't able to get the tires off the rims, I am experienced in the tire field. This is an hour job for 4 tires mount and balance easy. To leave them waiting that long and then not be able to even dismount the tire and give up, just shows lack of competency and skill. Go some where else, dont trust your vehicle to a place that cant even change a tire correctly. Smh

Dont go there if you are smart. Take the extra money to get it done right.

Daughter purchased new tires. One blew within blocks. Had to throw a fit to get them to stand behind the tire. After an hour of waiting they had not put a new tire on the rim. Had to take it elsewhere to get mounted. Horrendous customer service. Spend a little more and go to a professional tire shop!

I had scheduled an appointment to get my tires mounted July 1st at 10am. Got there at 9:45am and they knew nothing about my appointment. I asked if they had time otherwise I would happily reschedule. They said they had time and it would only be an hour. So I walked around and did some shopping till 11am thinking my car was almost done. WRONG. I then sat there for another 2 hours waiting for my car to get done. Had I known it was going to take 3 hours, I would have rescheduled. But the tech reassured me that it would only take an hour. What a waste of my Saturday. Never again.
