Walmart Auto Care Center

It was a life saver. I was in the road over 6 hours & I pick up a screw on the tire. I walk-in & they took it & fix it. However I got there in a bad time. There were a few technicians being train or new. Over an hour to patch a hole. Good price

A technician checked my car to make sure that they could change the battery and said that they could. I waited for an hour only to be told that they could not change my battery. Barbara at checkout literally took 15 minutes to check the lady out in front of me and was so rude to us when we asked why we were not told sooner. My husband checked it before we left and they did not put the covers back on under the hood which would have blown off or caused a bigger issue. RUN! PAY MORE! So untrustworthy and unprofessional!!!

Made an appointment 2 days in advance for an oil change at 3:30. I got there at 3 went inside the auto care center door asked the lady what to do and she said to sit in my car and wait. I waited 30 minutes and still nothing waited until 4 and called them asking for someone to come out , after almost 2 hours of waiting the guy finally came out and said they weren’t doing anymore oil changes . Total waste of time .

The staff in the auto center are MAGNIFICENT. My got a flat in town and they went above and beyond. Even though the center did not have my tire size the staff made all the efforts to get us back on the road to Jersey City. They recommend a place to stay at. Once I located the tire I needed the staff spent about 2 hours cutting what remained on the rim off. They entire auto care staff was warm, information and thoughtful. After 3 the day holiday weekend we were on our way. I def recommend the auto center.

I went to the walmart auto center in commerce ga for an oil change. When they were done with my oil change the technician locked my car to which i do not have a key to open. When I went to complain the manager and an associate went and looked at my car, while doing so the associate made a snarky comment to the manager about how it was time for me to get a new car The manager finally decided to call a locksmith out then went back inside. The locksmith showed up got my car unlocked but had me blocked in and wouldn't let me leave until he got paid (which i totally understand). We went inside and had the manager paged multiple times before he showed up. He was like "wow you got it unlocked already?!" The locksmith said "yes and we've been waiting for over 10 minutes for you". The manager just
