Made appointment online. Showed up lady behind the counter was rude told me they couldn’t do service because only had one tech in shop. Had to ask her to repeat it 3 times because she was looking away from me when she was talking. Finally another lady came out got my information said it would be serviced when another tech arrived. Gave her my keys and left as I’m walking across the parking lot to leave the First Lady comes out hollering at me to pull my truck into the service lane which was 15’ in front of the parking stall my truck was in. She handed me the keys confused I asked you want me to pull my truck up 15’ she said yes as she was walking away. I was driving home to Florida from Georgia when I got a nail in my tire. After multiple stops at other auto shops, I was finally recommended to the Auto Care Center at the Walmart in Cordele, GA—and I’m so glad I was. Johnny and Scott truly saved the day. They helped me patch my tire quickly and professionally, and it held all the way home. Without their help, I definitely wouldn’t have made it back that night. I’m beyond grateful—thank you both so much!

Service appointment, oil change. I showed up a little early and they got right on it. They completed servicing in about 20 minutes.

The people are nice, but job was halfway done.
