I went in on a very cold, very busy Monday afternoon, hoping it was just the battery that was giving out. I was told it would be a while before they could even test it. I was there for like maybe 7 minutes (no more than 10) when a young man by the name of Richard came out to test the battery. He said it was definitely the battery and even showed me the results. We'll, from the time I got there, to the time I left, I was out of there in less than 30 minutes! Richard explained that he replaced it but I still needed a part that they don't carry. He said if I bought it from somewhere else, they would install it for me. He was incredible! Honest, SUPER efficient and very knowledgeable! Paid over 600 dollars for new tires. A few employees ruin the whole experience. Scratched my truck hood and said it didn't happen in the bay. Dont trust them! Be aware and don't take your eyes off your vehicle.

I have had great experiences so far. I have had multiple oil changes, tire purchase and changes. The wait lobby is very clean and nice, there is a window a kid can watch the car being worked on if they are interested (mine was).

WATCH OUT! If you get your balancing and rotation done here, I would get my tires check elsewhere. The techs they have are either beginners or completely lazy. We took our car to a different shop and showed us the mess they made with the balancing. The tech at the new shop said that the amount he found in one tire could have balanced all four tires and still had left over.

They called and told me my truck would not crank and that they would have to jump it off just to get it into the bay for my oil change. Tech said I need a new battery.... Would I be interested in them replacing it for me. I said no thank you. Then I watched him walk right out to my truck, crank it and pull it into the bay. A week later and it's still cranking just fine. Don't appreciate them lying to make a sale.
