The team at Walmart Auto Care Center did a great job when I came in with a flat tire ~3 hours from home. I showed up near their closing time and they were extremely kind and flexible by staying a little late helping me get back on the road. While they were helping me, they also helped many other customers with their questions and gave great advice to those who asked.

The people in automotive are AWFUL. ESPECIALLY the manager. If you are a woman, I don’t recommend getting any work on your car done here. They’re extremely rude and disrespectful to women but allow men to cuss them out and still smile and tell them it’s okay. I got ignored, the manager made his other employees walk away so they couldn’t help me after I spent $268 on tires. I’d love to give it a 0 star if that was possible. Just go to Lafayette or brownsburg, it’s worth the drive to not deal with the disrespect.

Went to Walmart auto care with a blown tire that was riding on the rim that blew in front of the store. I went into the auto care center thinking I could get help. I told the man at the desk that I literally have a blown tire & needed help to get home which is 45 minutes from Crawfordsville. The guy’s attitude was terrible. The guy was complaining that it would take over 2 hours & after 6 o’clock it’s nothing but 2 new guys working on my car. Good way to talk about your employees… I explained my situation many times but the guy just kept making excuses. I did throw in the conversation that I needed an oil change as well & if it was possible to do also. The man replied “absolutely not”. I was shocked with the attitude of the front desk man. I understand it’s Friday & we all want to go home,

Went for 4 new tires. When I picked up my car they informed me they broke the locking lug nut tool. And when I had to go buy a new one they gave me the money for it but my lug nuts are all stripped. They said they will need cut off now. Ummmm ok. Also aired up my tires to 40psi when it says 35psi. Also lost one of my custom value stem covers. 10/10 will not recommend and will not be back.
