Walmart Auto Care Center

I bought new tires from Walmart and got them installed here (morning appointment), along with an oil change. My tech, Keshawn, did an awesome job and even checked in with me after in the parking lot to make sure all was good. Quick (under 1.5 hours), affordable, quality, and friendly service.

I got an oil change at Walmart Auto yesterday, but by the evening, I noticed the oil cap wasn't on all the way. This led to oil spilling all over the engine. Either they spilled the oil while trying to fill it, or the loose cap caused it to leak out afterward. When I reviewed the situation, it didn’t look as bad as it actually was, but trust me, there was oil everywhere. The shop seemed very busy, which makes me think they might be understaffed and are possibly skipping quality checks at the end of the service. This lack of attention to detail could have caused serious issues if I hadn’t caught it in time. They were quicker than I was expecting and even courteous when I was there.

Long story short I took my girlfriend car in to get an oil changed, after I was done waiting 4hr I drove off and I broke down. They didn’t know what they were doing and I got it tow back to Walmart. Now Walmart corporate will be called. Very bad experience !! The best advice I can give you is DO NOT GO THERE. Very very poor service.

Great affordable place to get your oil change. Definitely recommend going early.

This location is a joke! I took my vechicle in to get an oil change. They arrived late to work. I arrived at 7am and I waited until 7:20am for someone to arrive. I was the first customer to be in line for an oil change. They serviced someone else’s car first. after over an hour + wait. I would not recommend this Walmart to anyone, save your time and go to another location. They are not professional.
