Would not install tires because they said one lug nut was stuck. Went down the road and had them installed in an hour. Believe the reviews. Buy the tires for the good price and have someone that knows what they are doing install them.

Took my car here for a simple oil change nothing more than that! I get my car back and I can’t even start it, the seconds I try to start my car the alarm goes off and the engine demobilizes. They were able to help get the keyphob repaired but I’ve also discovered leaving Walmart that my horn no longer works either! Please tell me how they managed to screw all of this up from a simple oil change, I really shoulda just bought the oil myself and did the manual labor myself because idk how one manages to screw all this up in a simple oil change!

Brought a vehicle in for 4 new tires... by the time I got home the low tire pressure light came on and the two front tires were around 20 psi. By morning they were flat. Called back the next day, the tech was helpful and told us to bring it back in. Will update this review if issue is resolved or some sort of compensation will be given after our initial 3 hour wait. Edit: They resolved the issue however they made my wife wait for over an hour with no additional compensation. Updated rating from 1 to 3 stars accordingly.

Went in for an oil change. Told the manager not to mess with the tire since the tire has a slow leak and usually takes about 5-7 days before I notice it being low and needing air. Well after the oil change, the car sat for about 6 hrs and when I went to leave for town, I noticed the tire was completely flat. Aired it up and let it sit and I checked it every hr. 4 hrs it took to be flat again. They refused to look at it and when I asked about what they would do to make it right, I got nothing. Thankfully Monro Muffler was able to get me in and only about a 20 minute wait and for less than what Walmart was gonna charge me. Done spending money there.

I have been using this Walmart service center for ten years and I have never had a bad experience with them. It seems that only Walmart haters are the ones that review. Yesterday I stopped in with hopes of getting 4 tires installed and an oil change but they were very busy. I understood and made an appointment for the following morning which was today. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a very friendly counter person and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Three other customers were there also. I shopped for a few items and went back to wait. Exactly one hour after my arrival the car was finished. I paid the bill and took it out for a spin in the pouring rain. A while later I took a peek under the hood to check the fluid levels and also checked the tire pressures...All w
