Walmart Auto Care Center

These guys are really friendly, great acknowledgement and great customer service. They also add the checkout for customers there as well and they never give pushback from me when I just need to run in and grab something on that side of the store and get out quickly. Have had pil changed there and absolutely no complaints!!

Very disappointed. Got up early on this Sunday in snow. Had an appointment at Walmart for an oil change at 9 o'clock. Got to Walmart at 10 to 9. Talked to the manager i think big bald guy. He told me i had no appointment. I had made it on sat with some woman behind the counter. At this time there were vehicles in the work bay. But he could get me in the line. Gee, that's why i had made an appointment, i did not have time to wait. I think he had let some other people in ahead of me, so he told me i did not have an appointment. Just seems that's the way Walmart does things. They make the rules. So I left. I did not have time to wait. Yes, i do work 5 days a week, sat and sun are the only days i have to do it.they need a confirmation system so that people know they made an appointment. I wont

I had another great experience with the team at Walmart's Auto Care Center. I got the oil changed on both my vehicles. I had an appointment for the first one and dropped off the second one when I picked up my first. Ilene and Craig were both friendly and helpful. Craig took the time to tell me about an issue they found on my first vehicle and he had recommendations on what I needed to do to get it fixed (it was a part they aren't able to service there). I have always appreciated their help!

Craig helped me and my mom and sister with a flat tire while driving across the country. He was so nice and helped us right away when I was so scared and stressed as a young woman who is clueless with cars.

I was treated so kindly and the staff went above and beyond their way to find me a tire , even calling the next town over to insure what I needed was in stock. Montrose Walmart Auto care is an exceptional service center.
