Walmart Auto Care Center

Was trying to make a purchase at the auto section and there was two associates chit chatting about their schedules and not even acknowledging me or the other customer in line. When the associate got to the register they pulled out their phone, still not greeting me while another associate rang me up. Terrible customer service and no sense if urgency. Cashier’s name was Alexa.

They are inconsiderate of people’s time. If there’s an issue under one circumstance I give the place another chance but this is the third and last time I come to this auto center. They always make mistakes. They have so many excuses and will waste your time. Go to a different auto center

Boy....it was awesome to get service so fast. I won't go anywhere else but here for auto service.

I guess they are ok n good service n people are nice n helpful.

never do a tire rotation here after i took my car here my car shakes now never again will sue
