Walmart Auto Care Center

Check in process is the worst. My appointment was at 8 I got here 10-15 minutes early and didn’t get helped until 8:15. The old guy doing check ins needs someone else to take over. He was about to check me in and then walks away and doesn’t say anything, he could have at least said he was going to make sure that they had the right tires. At 9:00 I got the message that my car had been started. So an hour after my appointment was when they started on the car.

The Saturday crew of the last of September saved us with their help on our tire!

I was jumped in line and two service guys were rude and approached me as if they wanted to fight. It was a father and son team in the service department. They were absolutely horrible!! I will let everyone I know to never go to that Walmart!!

They sold me on a set of tires for my truck, with free installation. However, when I went to get the tires put on, they refused to install them because my truck originally had 20" rims but now has 18" inch rims. I had already explained that I had to buy tires by size instead of make and model, and that was supposed to be perfectly fine. It was apparently not.

OMG the checking process is PAINFUL. Mechanics all standing around idle, customers backed up in line. Computer system is a piece of crap! I stood in line for as long as oil change would have taken!!!! Tried to call store manager but front desk operator didn't pick up. They wouldn't let me prepay, tortured twice by line wait in line!
