Walmart Auto Care Center

Went out of their way to try to fix a tire one day, and advised me extra ways to fix it. And when that didn't work completely met my budget I squished me in when they didn't have any time on the schedule still, I couldn't believe the amount of care and effort to get my problems fixed. It was beyond amazing and I'll sing of their praises as long as I can. I'd had a terrible situation happen and they went out of their way to make sure that they could fix as much of it as could be. Also doing little things here and there and not charging when someone is already struggling financially is such a blessing. I was so relieved and grateful thank you Walmart Escanaba. I was always told that they don’t do appointments in fact I called a year or so back to make an appointment and was told it’s walk in. Come in today and they tell me I need an appointment and that it’s over a week out? So what is the actual policy now? Or is it just what you feel like doing the guy next to me was a walk in and he was accepted.

Went there to get a tire checked, because of losing air. Went inside to see if it could be looked at. Was told by a lady there was a 2 hour wait time. Decided not to wait that long, just went to do some shopping. Eric came in about 10 minutes by me in the store and said we could get it done now to come back. Went back, same lady said same thing , 2 hour wait. After shopping, had to go thru the auto center to get car. Eric seen us and looked at us to see how come we didn't come back. Explained what lady said..he was not happy...said I will take care of you. Took the car checked it thoroughly and found the problem. Thought we had to pay, he checked and we had a warranty on repairs for the tires. Plus gave us a new valve stem. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good worker interested

They fit in last minute for a tire repair and it was my saving grace!! Amazing service!!!

Complete garbage! I told them I had a bad tie rod but put new tires on anyway. They agreed but cancelled after waiting hours. I don’t know why they weren’t up front from the start. The tie rod wasn’t even that bad. Then another incident with another vehicle. They would not put new tires on my car because they claimed a hole was in the frame. It was a rust spot. This doesvt take long on a new vehicle. Another time they told me I had to make an appointment. They then said they don’t do appointments. So which is it? 3 strikes and you’re out Walmart. Don’t go here ever! Not even for an oil change.
