I asked a mechanic to check my tires and see if anything was wrong because my vehicle was shaking. They gave me a list of what could be wrong, but refused to drive it or even lift it up to visually check

Short older guy was incredibly rude, sneered at us when we asked if he had time to put a tire on our car, was kind to the men in front of us, but looked at my partner and I like we were the scum that walked the earth for asking if they had time today. I understand that Sundays are very busy, especially in the summer, but I could've done without the terrible attitude and snide remarks.

Needed 4 tires put on my car. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and explained all of my tire choices as well as installation options. My car was in the service bay within 20 minutes and installation was complete about an hour later. Checkout was quick and easy and I was back on the road in no time.

If you drive a vehicle that is manufacturer spec'd to have different tire sizes on front and back... DO NOT REPLACE ALL 4 TIRES AT ONCE... Walmart automotive policy forbids them from installing 2 different tire sizes on the same car... even if you show them that it is a SAFETY REQUIREMENT from the manufacturer, in official vehicle documentation AND the permanent metal specification tag on the door jam. They say it's a liability issue on their part. However... when the manufacturer specifically says the vehicle requires 2 different sizes in order to maintain proper functioning and SAFETY of the vehicle, installing the same size would be a TRUE liability on their part. This is a stupid policy and it is not stated anywhere, until you show up for installation.

Took a set of tires for them to mount and balance. After an hour they informed me their machines can't do it. On the way home, a tire started tearing apart and went flat. I had brought them the truck with a bigger set on the rear. They staggered the tires when they put them back on which made the sizes fight each other. Terrible service and experience.
