I scheduled a 6:00 PM appointment to have my tires rotated. I arrived at the auto center at 5:40 PM, pulled into the tire bay, and waited about five minutes with no acknowledgment. I then went inside to the checkout counter to let staff know I was there for my appointment and was told to wait in the tire bay where I was already parked. After waiting another 10 minutes, someone finally came to my car—but only to ask me to back out so they could move the vehicle in front of me. I did so, then pulled back in as instructed and waited an additional 20 minutes with still no acknowledgment or service. Battery replacement. All employees were very kind, took their time and gave great service. Demrick was especially amazing. Even stopped us in the store during his lunch break to let us know our car was ready. Very good experience and saved hundreds against minis pricing.

Demrick is the man! Their system pushed my appointment out to the following week, he took me in on NYE and him and his crew at the tire center got my new rims and tires on in no time. Even put my spacers back on when i originally told them to take them off. Great guys

I am very dissatisfied, these people absolutely do not know their job. I bought tires here and they installed them for me, but on the highway there is a strong vibration in the steering wheel. To redo them, you need to make an appointment. I went to the Ukrainian guy, when he removed my wheels he was very surprised, I have never seen anything like this before. The third photo is the finished work and everything is great. It was like this on the two front wheels. I will check the rear wheels tomorrow.
