★★★★★ I went into the Walmart Auto Care Center here in Foley, Alabama on the morning of Tuesday, February 3, and had a great experience. The woman who helped me let me know they didn’t have my tire size in stock. Another place I checked didn’t either, and a third place did but wanted a lot of money for what they had in stock, which I didn’t want to pay. She pointed me to Walmart.com and told me I could find tires under $100 apiece for my vehicle. I did exactly that and I’m really glad I listened. I found tires with great reviews and a long warranty, and even used ChatGPT to compare the different options Walmart had available, which made the decision super easy. The best part is I ordered the tires that same morning around 10 AM and they’re arriving the very next day at my local Walmart

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I would give 0 or negative stars if able! I ordered tires and made an appointment a WEEK IN ADVANCE and showed up early to my 8am appointment. When 9 came around, my car had still not been seen so I inquired what was taking so long. I appreciate Lauren, who was super sweet, helpful, and went and talked to the service manager and then informed me that there was an error on their end and I was SKIPPED in line. I was told it would be another hour. I then proceeded to talk to the manager directly who told me he would get my car and I would be next. They did not begin working until 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time. I ended up waiting over 2 HOURS for two tires to be changed with two small children. Lazy, lazy, LAZY. Typical lazy Walmart Auto center employees who give you every excuse and lie in the book to avoid doing any work. Try to make an appointment over the phone, called five times and of course no one ever picked up. They only had two cars in the garage but the guy lied to me and told me they were busy busy busy and he couldn't get to my truck for at least 3 or 4 hours. It's a shame Walmart never punishes or fires these guys, they give the whole company a bad reputation.

No waiting with appointment. Oil change took only 30 minutes.

I would give them a negative 5 if I could! I arrived 40 mins early for my appt and 20 mins AFTER my appt time, they finally began service. I had verified all services I wanted performed during the check in and when service began, they didn’t even know the services they were supposed to be providing. It’s one thing to be running behind but lying to my face infuriates me. The people inside the store at Foley AL Auto Care are THE MOST pathetic employees that Walmart has. Hopefully the techs at least know what the heck they are doing.
