Walmart Auto Care Center

Do not risk a poor experience or damage to your car at this auto center. There are several much better service shops in town.I asked for a tire rotation where they damaged my wheels and center caps then lied about the whole thing on the claims report...do not get me started on their claims department. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

5 star service! I had to make a pitstop while on a long distance trip. They got me in without appointment, took care of the problem in 30 minutes and didn't charge me for it. Everyone I dealt with was professional and nice.

I paid enough to have taken my oil change elsewhere.

This Walmart (Forest, MS) automotive center is unbelievably ridiculous! Had two tires put on get maybe half a mile down the road and one of the ties they just installed was almost completely flat and of course when I get back to Walmart they're closed because it took them 2 hours to put two tires on after having an appointment. So I have to air up the tire just to get home. My husband checks it and the valesteam is leaking, just so happens my husband had one and replaced it. Next incident husband had 4 new tires put on, well they didn't not balance them and did not fix the monitoring system, 2 tips later we finally get that resolved. Call the store manager about both incidents and of course no call back so call Walmart's hotline, well they took all my information and said someone would be

The crew here is going to get so sick of seeing me come through!! I've visited here three weekends in a row! The crew does great work. They're very quick as well, but the work is done extremely well. Walmart auto has great prices! I just think the staff on the inside dealing with customers could use some better customer training because they aren't friendly at all and don't smile. You'd think they didn't want to be at work or either hated their jobs with the vibes they put off. However, the guys working hard outside always do a fantastic job!
