Walmart Auto Care Center

Do not recommend unless you’re prepared to spend half your day waiting. I made a 9:30 AM appointment and arrived early at 9:20 AM, thinking that would help things move smoothly. Instead, I was told they didn’t even have the oil filter for my vehicle, even though I provided all my vehicle information when I made the appointment. That’s something they should have verified beforehand. They told me to go buy the filter myself and come back. Since the O’Reilly Auto Parts was in the same parking lot, I did exactly that. I purchased the correct filter and returned. After handing over my vehicle, I sat in the waiting area for over an hour and a half while my car just sat there untouched. No updates. No urgency. If I could zero stars, I would. The lady that is running the show was so disrespectful towards me. I was waiting outside of my car for 15 minutes and no one ever approached me, I went inside and she sent me back outside and said “don’t you see my guys out there? You check in with them.” No kindness one time. I went out and I had to go up to the young guy working and they didn’t have all my tires. He didn’t know what to do so she came up to my car and then I had canceled the order and said since they didn’t have all 4 for my car I was going to leave… as I was leaving she LAUGHED at me with the other employee. So unprofessional and I will never be back again.. maybe never back to this Walmart.

Horrible Customer Service!!!!! I needed tires for my car and needed them done today. I should've known this would be bad because of the unsatisfied Customer that was already standing and waiting to speak to a manager. Apparently I was speaking with the manager, as he was assisting me, another worker asked if he would handle that Customer and she finish with mine. He had pulled me up in their system, identified 4 available tires, told me the price, and was about to input the contact information when she took over. I was told that in order for me to get my tires done, I would have to drop my car off. I left my car with them at around 10:30 AM. I returned to the store at 6:15 PM, assuming my car was completed, but they had not touched my car. There is rarely someone at the counter. I

I went to walmart tire service Saturday November 1st, 2025. I had a physical nail in my tire, got there at 7am, two other cars were waiting. It took them 2 hours to do one car and one oil change. After that I went to Forney tire and service and they took care of me in 5 min. Forney has to do better in customer service. Don't know if the people hate their jobs, but there was no sense of urgency or heavy movement with the employees at walmary tire service maybe hire some younger people who will possibly get the job done faster. This has been the worse customer service experience ever. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Waited in line for over 30min with only 1 car ahead to check my tire then someone eventually came up to my car telling me its going to be a couple hrs cause they only have 1 guy. I understand they're short staffed but they could have better customer service and let people know cause they were walking all over the place they could of took 10 seconds to tell me instead of wasting my time
