They get the job done HOURS later. Appointments are not followed, but they don't accept walk ins. They claim they are understaffed then have 6 techs huddled in a group laughing and talking for 20 mins to an hour before they decided to actually work. Everyone chooses Walmart for the lowest price but the quality of customer service is very questionable. Employees get priority care. Would recommend to people who can wait all day for their vehicle and don't care about the customer service. Always our last resort for last minute changes and still prefer to go to a different location. This location SUCKS.

Two hours wasted waiting for them to replace my tire. Only to discover that they can't, they don't have my tire. Why they couldn't have looked that up and told me that when I dropped off my keys TWO HOURS AGO? Don't worry, maybe that's expecting too much out of them. Hell, they couldn't even remember to to put the cap back onto the air stem on the tire. I could be broke down in their parking and I would still rather go anywhere else than here. Waste of time. Complete frustration.

I returned the vehicle for service three times — twice to the 125 Washington Square Plaza location on 6/23 and 6/24, where the tires were rebalanced. While the staff at that location were extremely polite and professional, the vibrations were still significantly noticeable after both rebalancing attempts. The issue was never resolved. I had a couple issues with lights & other annoying things happening with my car. Most mechanics didn't take the time to help me but they did! Super great customer service!

Went in for an oil change with a 2:30 oil change appointment after the last snow storm. It did take them 2 hours to get my vehicle in a bay due to being so busy. However, once I called customer service to leave feedback, the service manager Kristen called me back the next day. Once I explained the situation, she offered me a free oil change on my next visit. Tough days happen for these employees, but it's great to see they still take care of the customer afterwards.
