Walmart Auto Care Center

Good service and great people. My issue is with Walmart. The sign on the wall clearly states, "TPMS sensor installation $28.88". Then they tried adding another $15.00 because they "have to take the tire off" in order to install the new one. Yes, you read that right. $28.88 for installation and another $15.00 for part of the act of installation. I spoke with the manager, and because I bought the road hazard insurance with the tires, they wave the extra $15. I explained to her that it wasn't the $15. It was the fact that they were charging twice for the same service. She said she could push it up the chain as a complaint. I said that would be great. Walmart, either change the sign or stop charging twice for the same service!

Sold me tires. Waited 5 hours for installation in store. And at 8pm the day before a trip they say they sold me the wrong tires and don’t have any others in stock. After 5 hours!!!!

After having my vehicle in for over half an hour, they tell me they won't do my oil change. Come to find out, they don't even drain the oil through the drain plug, they use an evac machine to suck the oil out through the dipstick tube, I'm a certified mechanic, I simply did not want to deal with doing my own oil change this time around, however after finding this out, I would never bring another vehicle here for an oil change, and I would strongly advise anyone else against getting their oil changed here. This is not a proper way to change engine oil, and could even possibly cause harm to certain vehicles by trying to siphon the oil out this way. Not to mention your not getting all the oil out this way, as well as I can guarantee that there's going to be a lot of contaminants left behind i

Kudos to Jerry and the service techs at the Gaylord WalMart Auto Center!!! They got me right in to re-balance and re-install my tires that had been rotated and balanced the day before at a Wal Mart Auto Center in Mid Michigan due to a serious vibration we experienced once we hit the road to go up north Friday morning.

These guys make more problems then solve just ask around. Personal experience speaks alot for this place they're also so bad they cant remove lug nuts without stripping them out common sense isn't shared in this department. On a side note Jerry who I believe is the manager is good and honest need more Jerry's. Witness employees playing and abusing customer vehicles my vehicle being one of them
