Made an online order an appointment with 4 tires. Only 3 of them showed up so after several conversations with the online people. I ended up just going up to get two tires that I could afford until I was reimbursed for the four tires that never were installed. I went in the lady with the long hair. Was super nice and tried to help. She got me 2 tires. They had in stock for the price that I could afford. I then waited over an hour for my two tires to be installed. When I came back after an hour and a 1/2? My car still hadn't been pulled in the Bay. But several other cars that may have had appointments, were now in front of me. First time in Walmart Auto. Staff was kind and helpful and thorough! The price is right after a lot of research. Online order with direct ship to Walmart! They do not offer tire alignment.

Disorganized, unprofessional, and a total waste of time. I bought four tires from Walmart and set up an appointment to get them installed. Since the tires came in early, I called to see if I could come in a day sooner. An older gentleman said it wasn’t a problem and told me to come by at 3 PM. I dropped off my car right on time. Over three hours passed without any updates. Finally, around 6:30 PM — just 30 minutes before they closed — I got a call saying my car was ready. When I showed up, I was told I needed to pay for installation again… even though I had already paid online when I bought the tires. I had an appointment at 9:00 for two new tires that I already purchased. They didn't bring my car in until 10:30, and I was out by 11:20. A week ago I had a 1:00 appointment for two tires on a different car. I called them and told them I was going to be late and they said I would lose my appointment if I'm more than 15 minutes late. I was 25 minutes late. And I was there almost 3 hours. So my question is, do the appointments even matter? Why would I have a 9:00 appointment and not get my car in for an hour and a half. But if I'm 15 minutes late, I lose my appointment?
