Awful customer service...though I shouldn't be surprised. Had an appt. at 12pm to have 2 new tires put on. Showed up 10 mins early. They didn't start working on my car until 1pm which is an hr after my appointment time.. My car was finally done at 2pm. It shouldn't take 2hrs to put on 2 tires especially when you have an appt. scheduled at 12pm.. If the employees had any caring for their work or a sense of urgency things would vastly improve.. Sadly, they do not...

A friend of mine accidentally hit the cement water drain with her tire in front of our home with their rental car. The tire was sliced a little bit however, rather than purchasing a new tire, they quickly rotated the front tire to the back, made a quick fix and she able to make it home with much ease. Whom ever we spoke to have is immaculate customer service. Can’t thank you enough!!

Really bad service. I just came here for oil Change. The guy said it will take 30 minutes - 1 hour 30 minutes. It is over 2 hours and still I’m waiting. Don’t waste people’s time.

3 hours (with a scheduled appointment) to get 2 tires put on. Hard to beat the price, but you'll pay for it in other ways.

Horrendous customer service! Came in over an hour before they closed with a single tire with a repairable nail in it. Stood in the pouring rain waiting and proceeded to get told they were not writing anymore tickets for anyone and couldn’t do anything with the tire. I even said I’d buy a new one and they still refused service. It would’ve taken no longer than a few minutes to unmount remount the tire(I’ve worked shops it’s a ford fusion wheel & tire nothing crazy). There were no other cars present in the bays at the time and the shop workers even told me to lay the tire down and head to the service desk. Absolutely terrible integrity and wouldn’t reccomend anyone support this store.
