Spent over $700 on tires installed. 3 hours later drivers rear went flat, they had messed up the valve stem. Thirty minutes after putting spare on and getting ten miles up the road the front drivers tire blew due to improperly installed valve stem. Greeneville answer to this, sorry man. So $700 for tires, $125 tow bill...... Ya run run run away from there

This is the second time I've taken my car there to have a tire put on, only to be told they can't do it because of a tire lock. We've had the tire locks removed. We could not have gotten the spare on if it wasn't. I don't know if they just didn't want to do it or what, but this was ridiculous. Will be the last time I attempt to take a car there.

They do not understand the meaning of "hand tight". Oil pan bolt was put on so tight it dented the oil pan. Oil filter cap was so tight the o ring inside was obliterated. Highly recommend letting kindergartners do it before even thinking about taking your vehicle here

This place is a joke . I’ve never been treated so horrible as a customer. I bought a new set of tires for my truck a little over a month ago , and bought the roadside protection aswell . I ran over a piece of metal (still within warranty) and was close by and pulled up to the Walmart tire center . It was around 4pm , I waited and a worker came out and told me to move that he wasn’t going to do anything about it . I went in and the only helpful person was a little older lady behind the counter . She called the coach over the department. By the name of Aaron. He told me the next shift of “mechanics” wasn’t coming in that there was nothing he could do . I demanded he atleast look at my tire . He walked out to my truck . Glanced at the tire and said it couldn’t be plugged . I showed him my pap

Was quick and easy, much better than I was expecting. They kept me informed about when the service started and how it was progressing. The cost of mounting and balancing the tires was half the cost of local tire shops after doing a bunch of research and I got roadside protection for free as a Walmart plus member which is a $10 value per tire. I would definitely use Walmart auto center again for tires. Another plus was the tires I wanted weren't available at local shops but I was able to get them on Walmart,com not only cheaper, $22 per tire saving me $88, but they were at my door in 3 days!
