Walmart Auto Care Center

I scheduled an appointment to get two tires replaced and I got out TWO HOURS LATER! Walker had my tire patched in genuinely five minutes and were courteous and they only charged $20 and i was omw to work nice and early! Walmart had me an hour late to work after getting up and leaving earlier than I ever have!!! Do not go here because it's cheap because you're not even getting value for the money!!! Support walker tire, they are an honest working business.

Arrived at the auto center at 4:30 to get my battery tested and probably replaced. I should’ve know better when the only other customer there asked what I was there for and said “Good luck” when I answered him. After about an hour of waiting, they came back to tell me that my battery was indeed shot, and needed replaced. I told them what size battery it took, and which one I wanted, and the tech left for about 20 more minutes. I figured he was working on the replacement, until he came back and asked me what kind of battery I decided on. I told him that I had already said which battery I wanted, and I thought he was already putting it in the car. He then told me it would be another 15 minutes. Spent 25 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to check inventory for a tire I needed. After calling back my call was ignored. I understand being busy but a quick lookup should have been handled quickly and efficiently.

Set an appointment at 10 o’clock to have Tires, I ordered through Walmart online, to be Mounted And balanced. Showed up early to get them started. Gave them my name and order number, and off they went. It took an hour and a half, just to get tires on the wheels. They didn’t even need to be mounted on a car. Then the attendant tried charging me for install. Had to explain that I paid for install on line. It doesn’t seem like anything is organized nor should anyone have to wait longer than 20 minutes to have tires mounted on rims. Probably best to just go to a mom and Pop tire shop and be out in 15 minutes.

took 3 almost 4 HOURS to get 4 tires changed. during my wait 5 people showed up to get their car worked on and ALL 5 got done BEFORE me. spent over 500 dollars to be the first one here and the last to leave. unacceptable
